Most people believe you need money, a big team, or an investor backing to start a business. That’s a lie.

After moderating a recent Tech Thursday event, I received a flood of questions about a concept I shared — LEVERAGE.

Leverage is how you turn one unit of effort into 100, 1,000, or even 10,000 times the output.

If you learn to use leverage, you can build a business with almost no money, no team, and no outside funding.

If you’re trying to build a business, you have four key tools at your disposal.

1️⃣ Code — Software is the ultimate multiplier. Once built, it can run forever at little extra cost. AI, automation, and tools allow one person to accomplish what once required entire teams.

2️⃣ Media — A single message can reach millions. Social media, email, blogs, and videos make it possible to grow without paid ads. Your ideas work for you 24/7 if you put them out there.
